Toddlers are some of the most fun people to buy gifts for (even if they may be more interested in the packaging than the toy itself sometimes). However, while they are fun to buy gifts for, sometimes it can be hard to find the right gift for them since they can’t always communicate their interests. There are also so many toys circulating social media right now, it can be overwhelming to find one that isn’t overstimulating or insanely expensive. Here are some of my toddler’s favorite affordable toys that are regulars in the toy rotation.

  1. Rock-a-stack- This is a simple, but fun stacker for toddlers! It’s colorful, simple, and has a cone shape base, which makes it difficult to incorrectly complete the stacker. This encourages problem-solving skills and motor skills and it keeps my kiddo entertained for so long!

  2. Dinosaur fine motor skills toy- This is the cutest toy to strengthen fine motor skills and encourage hand-eye coordination. It keeps my toddler entertained for so long and is productive at the same time!

  3. Nuby garden bath toy- You can never go wrong with a bath toy! This one is so cute and it’s been my toddler’s favorite bath toy for months! All they have to do is pour the water in the top and the water will make the flowers spin. It’s like magic to little ones!

  4. Baby Einstein wooden piano- This toy is perfect for even the littlest musicians! The piano comes with cards with dots that match the colors of the keys to begin teaching your little one how to play some simple songs on the piano. If your child is too young for that though, it is also perfect for them to just hit! And as a bonus for you, it has two volume settings so you can make it quite if needed.

  5. Baby Einstein strum along guitar- This has consistently been one of my toddler’s favorite toys since he got it 7+ months ago. This is such a cute toy that has different settings so it grows with them (similar to the wooden piano toy listed above). It has a baby setting with silly animal sounds and a guitar setting with actual guitar chords. And, like the piano, it has two volume settings to make it quieter.
